FAQ About Payment
1- Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by WU, MG and Alertpay.
2- When i must pay my order's fee?
You must pay order fee after you complete your order. We don't process your order till we get your payment.
3- How can i understand that my payment picked up?
We send you a confirmation mail when we get your payment or you can login to our system and you can look at your order history.
You will see all your orders and your order status.
When you send your payment details to us, we set your order status from PENDING to PAYMENT PROCESSING.
When we collect your payment we set order status from PAYMENT PROCESSING to SHIPPING PROCESSING.
4- What are means of ORDER STATUS?
Order status informs you about your order processing.
5- How can i see my order status?
You can see your order status by logging in to our system with your username and password from Order History section.
6- What are Order Status Tags?
Here is order status steps:
PENDING: When you put your order its first status is PENDING.
PAYMENT PROCESSING: When you send your payment details, we set your order as Payment Processing.
SHIPPING PROCESSING: When we get your payment we set your order as Shipping Processing.
SHIPPED: We completed to pack your order, we set your order as SHIPPED and we enter a comment with your tracking number.
CANCELLED: If you don't pay your order fee you want to cancel your order, we set your order as Cancelled.
7- How can i get your WU and MG Details?
When you put your order, you will get an email about your order details. You will see our WU and MG details in this mail.
8- How can i get your AlertPay details?
If you want to pay by AlertPay, you must send us an email and you have to want our alertpay details by emai. We will send details by mail also.
9- There is extra charge for AlertPay payments?
Yes. You have to pay extra fee for AlertPay payments. Because AlertPay charge us 8% of total amount. By the way you have to pay + $ 8% of your order total.
10- Do you accept Paypal payments for all orders?
We accept PayPal payments for all ordes. You have to pay PayPal commition + $ 8% of your order total. We will direct you when you want to pay by PayPal.
